Speed School

Located in southeast Calgary, Speed School operates as a multi-programme athlete development facility serving both youth and adult players. Hockey-specific offerings include stickhandling programmes, game analysis, and camps, delivered through semi-private, one-on-one, and team training formats. The facility also runs performance testing through its Performance Lab.

Beyond on-ice skill work, Speed School provides an Athlete Rehabilitation Programme and an Adult Functional Fitness and Personal Training stream, positioning it as a broader athletic development resource rather than a hockey-only training centre.
