About Sylvan Lake Hockey Camp
Operating since 1974, Sylvan Lake Hockey Camp delivers on- and off-ice programmes each summer for players aged 5 to 16. Sessions run from late June through late August and are divided into three streams: coed all-skills camps, goaltender-specific training, and girls-only sessions. The camp is sanctioned by Hockey Alberta and follows Hockey Canada's Long-Term Player Development framework.
With over five decades of operation, SLHC has built a programme that balances structured skill development with an emphasis on the camp experience itself. Reviewed attendees have noted the staff environment and the mix of skill work and enjoyment as consistent strengths.
