About Empower Skating
Power skating instruction for hockey and ringette players of all levels is the focus of Empower Skating, operating out of Spruce Grove and the surrounding Parkland region of Alberta. Led by coach Shanon, the programme addresses stride mechanics, edge work, transitions, stops, and on-ice conditioning.
Sessions are offered in several formats — group clinics, individual lessons, and team lessons — with spring and summer session blocks available. Classes are held at TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre and other local rinks in the area.
The programme serves players in the U8–U18 age range. Available review feedback highlights Shanon's communication and professionalism in dealing with families.
