Vancouver Skating Club

Based at the Karen Magnussen Arena on Mt. Seymour Parkway, Vancouver Skating Club delivers structured skating instruction for children through competitive athletes in North Vancouver and Vancouver.

Programmes span the full Skate Canada–BC/YT pathway: CanSkate and CanPower for foundational skill-building, CanFigure for figure skating development, and STARSkate and Podium Pathways for those pursuing competitive goals. The Jumpstart Programme extends access to participants who may otherwise face barriers to participation.

Small-group delivery is used across programmes, with instruction aligned to Skate Canada's national framework. The club serves youth primarily in the U8–U13 range, though the competitive streams accommodate older skaters progressing through the STARSkate levels.
