About Incubator Hockey
Based in Summerland in British Columbia's South Okanagan, Incubator Hockey runs seasonal and year-round development options for players from U7 through U18. Head coach Colin Minardi leads the programme, which covers power skating, puck skills, and hockey IQ across multiple formats.
On-ice offerings include a Summer Development Programme, pre-season prep skates, and private or group lessons. The Playmaker Institute Online Academy extends coaching access beyond the rink, providing players with hockey sense and decision-making content in a digital format. Sessions are available in both private one-on-one and group clinic settings, accommodating players across recreational and competitive levels.
