About Progressive Skating Lab
Progressive Skating Lab operates inside Burlington, Ontario, providing on-ice and dryland development tools in a single facility. Programme offerings include the SPEED Programme, treadmill skating sessions, shooting and stickhandling stations, dryland strength and conditioning, off-season training, and injury rehabilitation. Private and team training formats are both available.
The lab is geared primarily toward youth players and competitive teams in the U8–U13 range, with off-season and injury rehab options extending its utility across the calendar year. The facility's breadth — from skating mechanics to strength work — allows players to address multiple areas of development without attending multiple locations.
