About Innovate Hockey Development
Innovate Hockey Development is led by Corey Stringer, a Hockey Canada Level 3 certified coach also certified in Ontario Lacrosse coaching. Based in Hamilton, the programme delivers one-on-one sessions and team development packages with a focus on on-ice skill, hockey IQ, and athlete confidence. The service area spans Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Brantford, West Niagara, and surrounding communities.
The programme has been engaged as a team developer for youth representative hockey, including U9 tiers, and operates with a small coaching staff. Reviewers highlight the positive environment Stringer and his coaches create, noting their effectiveness as role models alongside their on-ice instruction. Primary focus is youth development at the U8–U13 level.
