Stoke Hockey

Stoke Hockey is led by Jocelyne Larocque, a three-time Olympian, and operates out of Hamilton with additional programming in Cambridge and Brantford. The training catalogue spans on-ice hockey development, summer camps, and an offseason development programme, alongside strength and conditioning work available both in-person and through remote delivery.

Private one-on-one and small-group formats allow for tailored instruction, while the remote training option extends access to athletes unable to attend in person. The focus on hockey IQ and game sense alongside physical conditioning reflects a programme designed to develop players' decision-making and overall readiness, not just isolated technical skills. Programming is geared toward competitive and AAA-level athletes of all ages.
