About OHA Canada
Located in Cornwall, OHA Canada operates as an on-campus programme through the Ontario Hockey Academy, combining AAA-level girls hockey with full secondary and post-graduate academics for Grades 9–12. The athletic side of the programme is supported by Athletic Republic Level III certified training, encompassing speed, strength, plyometrics, and skating and skills development alongside dedicated goalie and puckhandling instruction.
Founded in 2009, the programme is structured for driven female players seeking to develop toward university-level competition. Fitness and nutrition coaching are integrated into the schedule, and ELL programming is available for international student-athletes. The residential, full-schedule format distinguishes OHA Canada from seasonal camps or drop-in training models.
