PowerPlay Hockey

Operating out of Kapuskasing since 2000, PowerPlay Hockey Development has spent over two decades delivering on-ice training to young players across Northern Ontario. Programmes focus on power skating, stickhandling, and shooting, with an added emphasis on hockey IQ and competitive character development for players at the U8–U13 level.

Sessions are available in several formats — one-on-one, semi-private, small group, and full team — making it straightforward for families to find an arrangement that fits their schedule and budget. A summer camp rounds out the seasonal calendar. The player mentorship programme distinguishes PowerPlay from purely skills-focused operations, extending development beyond technical drills into the broader game.
