Canlan Sports operates hockey and skating development programmes across five Ontario locations — Etobicoke, Oakville, Oshawa, Scarborough, and York — serving youth and adult players at all experience levels. Offerings span private one-on-one instruction, small group sessions, and full team training, with a focus on game sense and hockey IQ alongside technical skill development.

The hockey programme catalogue includes youth and adult hockey programmes, camps, and the Level Up stream, while separate skating programmes run for both youth and adults. Canlan also operates multi-sport camps covering basketball, lacrosse, indoor soccer, football, and volleyball, making it a broad recreational sports facility rather than a hockey-exclusive training provider.
