The Zone Training

Located at 483 Conestogo Rd in Waterloo, The Zone Training offers a broad range of on-ice and off-ice programmes for youth and adult players. The session menu covers power skating, shooting and puck skills, offensive and defensive skills, skills-and-scrimmages formats, and pre-season preparation, with programming running across the calendar through holiday camps, PD day camps, and summer camps. A pay-as-you-go clinic option is also available.

Programming extends to Guelph in addition to the Waterloo home base. Rep skill development and dedicated adult programmes round out the schedule, making the offering one of the more varied in the region in terms of format and age coverage. Both recreational and competitive players are accommodated across the different session types.
