“Emailed their general info account about an ongoing facilities related issue that was affecting our experience at the rink. Received a reply 48 hours later that was receptive to my concerns and the steps that were being taken to address the matter. I’m very pleased. Only thing of note that could be improved is the cleanliness…it’s fairly dusty in there. But hey, we’re there for the hockey and not to just hang out in the space. Friendly coaches/instructors who know how to work with kids. We are ongoing customers.”
