What parents say
“My two sons (ages 8 and 12) had a semi-private session yesterday with Coach Jordan, our first visit to Hockey Lab. Jordan was fantastic with them. He made them feel comfortable right away, adapted the session to their individual skill levels, and kept challenging them while still making it fun.

We noticed a real improvement in both of their shots after just one hour-long session. The first thing they asked when it was over was, "Can we do this again?" We'll definitely be signing up for more sessions this fall/winter. Thanks, Jordan!”
“Jordan has been very helpful with everything. My son enjoys his lessons he makes him want to work hard. Thank you!”
“Coach Gino & the entire Hockey Lab team are about so much more than teaching skills and running drills. What really sets these coaches apart is how much they genuinely care about the players they work with.

Building confidence, encouraging discipline, creating a positive environment, and taking the time to connect with each athlete. They see the person behind the player and truly want to see them succeed both on and off the ice!”
“Great session with Coach Amanatidis. He's incredibly experienced, and in just one hour my kid learned so much. Very efficient and effective coaching.”
“Great place. John Amanatidis is very knowledge and creates a positive vibe with the kids. My son loved his teachings highly recommended. Thanks”
“My son had fun, however the training part is on the low as kids are mostly left on their own to figure things out. There is one trainer so it is hard for him to focus on one kid alone. He does go around and tries his best to give insight. I did like how the kids were separated into various stations allowing them to try several drills. This training is done on fake ice so don't forget to use a secondary pair of skates or you'll have to sharpen your skates right after (an extra cost to consider but not a deal breaker).”
“Coach John is funny (according to my son) and super nice. My son loved his experience. We will visit again and again. It was our first visit. ** Update: We now have visited several times and attended a week of camp and a 2 hour evening session. My son loved every minute of his experience. He asks me every day when we are going back to the lab ND he is all in when he plays a game. He used to prefer drills over games but now he loves it all. Coach John, as usual is wonderful but now we also experienced Coach Nick and Coach Gino who are also amazing. Everyone on the team is invested in every child and it is obvious. Coach John even helped my son with managing his emotions in a constructive and encouraging way. And at 6 years old, my son has lots of emotions that need managing. Thanks team!”
“We visited from Regina, SK on short notice and my son did a drop-in M9/M11 Sniper session and had a lot of fun. The facility is fantastic and the instructor was very knowledgeable. Many thanks!”
“We’ve only been once, however the private lesson helped my son a lot.

Great tips & instruction from the coaches. We’ll definitely be going back.”
