What parents say
“Erica is an awesome trainer, and helped my hockey game and overall fitness so much!”
“I have been seeing Erica as my trainer for over a year now. I started seeing her because my work requires lots of lower body power and core stability. She is very knowledgeable and builds your training plan around your goals. She is able to target which areas need more work and makes sure all your movements done correctly. Would recommend to anyone!”
